Summary: Sardo is a wizard and artificer. He creates wands for customers at request. His best customer is the Halfling known as Hubei.

Miscellaneous Information: Sardo was a kindly and aged, seemingly, man who would offer advice and enchantments to those that asked. When he was asked to help in research of a new spell, he could hardly say no thinking to garner a copy of the spell for his help. But, instead, he lost his right foot. He now hobbles around listlessly. He is currently in the process of studying gnomish prostetics in order to create an enchanted foot to replace his loss.
