Colas made his way into Sundren at a young age of 22. He was a budding sorcerer with no master or teacher. A lone boy trying to find his own self.
He made friends throughout Sundren and was known as a strong follower of Torm. He finally found himself at the age of about 34 were he fully understood the magical potential in himself. All of this seemed pointless though as his life was turned upside down.. now nobody, or few know him and he goes by the name, Colas the second.

Selling his trade as a bard, he has managed to survive over the years, and through the nature of his profession has picked up a significant liking for human ale. After spending some time in the Temple to Eilistraee underneath Waterdeep, he caught a ship from Skullport headed to Sundren. Sometime after his arrival, he commenced research in wand-crafting in between his 'wandering', and has (or so he claims), reached the status of Sundren's most prominent Wandmaker.

Irresponsible, fickle and a rascal at heart, Val is always being cursed by someone, somewhere, and more often than not the person next to him. Yet those who know him are generally taken in by his friendly manner, and are amused by his somewhat deranged nature.
