Name: Erik Halfgar
Birthplace: Snowshed, The Spine of the World
Age: 19
Race: Human
Gender: Male

Description
What is most apparent about Erik is not his silver hair or steely grey eyes, but the fact that he has these qualities while being so very young. He has some soft features, but it quite obviously an Illuskan from far north by his fair skin and large stature.

History
Born the eldest son, Erik was destined to inherit his father's duties and land, but from the moment the candle light flickered across his newborn face it was apparent destiny had other plans for him. With steely grey eyes that came from neither his mother's fair-haired people nor his father's dusky eyes, Eric was something of an outsider among his people, never openly shunned but never truly welcome anywhere. Whenever things went amiss it was always attributed to Erik, and indeed he was always nearby any disturbance.
As he grew, Erik's likeness to his father became stronger, setting to rest the whispered questions about his parentage. Growing up apart from the others in his village caused Erik to become more distanced and contemplative than bitter, stemming mostly from the adamant refusal of his people to vilify the boy for something no one could comprehend. It was probably due to this introspection that he developed the self control that suppressed for so long the magical outbursts so common to budding sorcerers. It was not until his fourteenth winter that Erik's powers overcame his mental barriers, proving beyond a doubt to the villagers that Erik was truly different from them.
In the wake of his revelation Erik retreated to the loneliness of the woods where he struggled against himself for days while the elders discussed what to do with him. When he returned to the village he was greeted with solemn faces and given a day to rest before he was summoned to the Smoke Lodge. Entering nervously and with no idea what to expect in this building forbidden to all but the elders Erik was seated and made to wait an eternity for the fires to be ceremonially lit and reduced to embers in preparation for the barks and leaves to be offered to it. In the haze of the thick smoke it was explained to Erik that none understood his abilities, but a vision had appeared to them the night before he returned from the wood: Seven glimmering stars of blue surrounding a red tendril of mist that stretched far to the south.
Erik was given a week's ration along with a sturdy axe and set of mail. His family gave him a pouch of gold and words of warning against the men in the south that robbed not with blade, but with words and paper. He set out with a sense of resignation, unsure if he would ever find his answers or return home, but determined to try. As he journeyed his powers grew more powerful, more uncontrollable. He was ran out of town after wounding a horse with acid and setting fire to the stable he had slept in during a nightmarish fit. Struggling to keep his rising powers from bursting forth with every exhalation of breath Erik steadily made his way south, guided by an erratic and furiously silent vision of red mist. Erik has been sleeping less as of late, terrified of what may occur when he is unable to keep watch over himself.
Since entering the Sundered Valley Erik's visions have ceased, leaving him alone to find his answers.

Personality:
History: Although the Elven Retreat has all but ended, its consequences linger on. Sehlas Tharethvain and the rest of her wood elf village remained behind in the Elven Court long after the Sun and Moon elves had abandoned it. Eventually, the Drow came. Emerging from the Underdark as maggots spawn from shit they invaded and despoiled the forest, taking over abandoned homes and launching a campaign of terror against the few elves that remained.

After almost thirty years of watching their best warriors fall to Drow attacks it was decided that against the hordes of the Underdark their village was no match. That same day the village was abandoned, and Sehlas' retreat began. Her husband dead, Sehlas' only concern was now for her son, Airion.

Hoping that a portal to Evermeet still resided in Myth Drannor the village made their way there, but not before a roving band of bloodhungry humans prowling for elven treasures fell upon them. Most of the elves died, the remainder chained together in fool hopes of selling them to the Drow.

The Seldarine did not abandon their children, and within hours the bandits were overrun by an elven patrol, killed to the last black-hearted soul. Unfortunately for Sehlas and the other women an hour was more than the humans needed to 'sample their wares' as they called it. Sehlas' rapist was raven haired with a pale complexion and a cruel sneer. He had boasted to her that "You have Jarik's seed, now! Slayer of a hundred men!"

After the patrol purged the forest of those that fled they found Sehlas curled in the nook of a tree and her son, Airion, covered in blood from the shackles he had tried to break at his mother's screams.

There was indeed a portal to Evermeet nestled within the ruins of Myth Drannor, but the tranquility of the elven refuge was of little comfort to Sehlas, save the peace she knew Airion would grow up in. A year later Sehlas gave birth to Jarik's son. For months she had been tormented with choosing whether or not to end the pregnancy, but upon seeing her new son's face her anxiety lessened.

It was not to last, however. Every year Pelinore grew to resemble his father more and more. Sehlas couldn't look upon him without recalling his sire and so she grew distant. Airion had never really accepted his brother, turning all his hate of the dead human onto his spawn.

Isolated even in his own home, Pelinore took to the forest and there learned the language of the Fey. They taught him how to blend into his surroundings, read the mood of others and then flavor his words so that they might suit the hearer's taste. He found faith in Sehanine Moonbow, the elven goddess of death who saw Pelinore not as a half-human, but as an person.

Though he was accepted by the sylvan, Evermeet is the refuge of elves. After twenty years it was calmly explained to Pelinore that his human blood tainted him, and was a danger to the rest of the elves. He was given a decade to prepare himself for the outside world and then leave forever. He was provided with atlases and maps of the outside world and given basic instruction on history.

There was indeed a portal to Evermeet nestled within the ruins of Myth Drannor, but the prohibition against non-elves stood firm, even against the half-human Sehlas now carried in her womb.

Barred from entering Evermeet, Sehlas and Airion

The Distant Past

Hano was born and spent his earliest years in Scornubel, a Caravan Town in the Western Heartlands. He was born a son of a well renown Blacksmith, however, it should be known that his father did not gain his reputation through the durability and strength of his weapons. In fact, he made his claim with his astounding artistic work in crafting ceremonial blades for noblemen and, eventually, distant surrounding Temples. His mother was a traveling merchant dealing in fine silks that frequented the city during the summers, heading to or from the ports depending on the year.

If Hano were to have inherited anything from his parents it would be his father's beliefs in the importance of a sword. Hano was taught that a blade crafted by the finest blacksmith and enchanted by Faerun's most powerful wizards hail in comparison to a blade that is crafted for purposes beyond strength and killing - That by having unconditional faith in their blade it would reflect the user's will and, if deemed fit by the Gods, would embody the power necissary to carry out the user's will.

Hano spent his earliest years alongside his father studying blade craft, listening to the stories of passing adventurers looking to buy. The tales ate at Hano, planting seeds of desire to adventure within him. He spent a lot of his time in daydream of plundering ruins, fighting off hordes of demons, and being respected by kings and nobleman as a hero. His father was well aware of Hano's ambitions and dreams and supported them full heartedly. In fact, his father decided to escort him towards the Temple of Torm. One in particular he worked with through the years and on several occasions. He brought Hano before them bearing a giant sword easily twice the length of Hano as a boy. The sword was to be payment to the church for him to be squired by a knight. He was accepted with no haggling involved - In fact, the sword seemed to hold very little thought towards the acceptance of Hano as a squire.

He was soon to be squired under a Paladin known only as 'Vaen' - A planetouched, better known as an Aasimar. Reluctant at first, the Temple pursuaded him to take Hano under him. The man was held with high respect, but far from a man without flaws. His lack of respect and greed lead his path far more than the thought of righteousness. He never strayed from his code or the law, however, all of his campaigns against evil were executed in favor of which would provide the most loot or reputation gain amongst the nobles and lords. He truly believed himself to be the future leader of man and that he would one day lead them all in an epic campaign against evil. It left Hano subject to his harsh insults targeted specifically at his beliefs and lack discipline - In fact he believed that the rest of Hano's life would best be served as his squire taking care of his sword, deemed the only thing the boy could do right.

Hano followed Vaen on his coat tail for three years before thought worthy of holding his first replica sword made of wood. With his crude sword he trained himself vigourously between serving Vaen, keeping a vigilant watch over Vaen during his many battles in hopes to learn from his exceptional martial abilities. Hano trained under Vaen this way for four years.

By the seventh year, Vaen had indeed become popular; his deeds and ambitions spread like wildfire through the words of noblemen and lords. His respect and allies boomed, but in turn, so did his list of enemies in proportion. It is believed this to be the cause of his undoing. You see, the seventh year bore the day Vaen had disappeared. It was a particularly foggy night and he had taken rest with Hano a few miles from Scornubel with intentions to return to the Caravan City to take passageway towards the ports and ultimately Waterdeep. On that night Vaen had simply vanished during Hano's sleep. His whereabouts, let alone the cause, are far from known to Hano

Hano woke within the next morning, uneased with the surroundings. Vaen was gone, so was most of his belongings.. But not all of them. He took what little belongings were left behind - A map, a few scrolls, and a leather-worn journal. He then headed to the Temple of Torm in seek of guidance. He was greeted warmly as they took him in to train his faith. He mentioned only what deemed necissary about Vaen's disappearence. It was waved off as an abrupt leaving on Vaen's decision. They thought too highly of his abilities to think he would be kidnapped or killed so easily without notice, though, Hano thought very little of it for he despised his now ex-Lord Knight. He studied under the temple for three years.. During this time Vaen had become a passing thought. On the third year of training and discipline Hano was deemed worthy of being knighted. Though his martial skills were below par most Knights - his faith and unbreakable will out-shun any Knight or Lord amongst their ranks.

Hano was Knighted as a Servant of the Loyal Fury, Torm. The sword Hano was knighted with was to be given to him, though, ironically it was the very one his father gave the Temple ten years ago. Hano took this sword in hand with ease, holding it before him with great determination. Weather had not touched it in the ten years he was gone, in fact, it seems to have been well kept for this very day. It's almost as if the blade itself was waiting for Hano through the years for this very moment when he would be prepared enough to weild it. This was his sword now, and through it he would will to cut down the evil shrouding the righteous path of man. Now it was time for him to start his crusade against evil.. But where? Hano reached to his bag and slides out a map, the one Vaen had left behind, and circled on it was an island.. Sundren.

The Recent Past

Since arriving in Sundren, Hano saught out the Temple of the Triumvirate. Through word of commonfolk he learned that there was a house in Sundren for any follower of Torm, Ilmater, as well as Tyr (The Triad). He approached the head of the Loyal Fury's Servants in hopes joining their ranks. They gladly accepted him and his help against the Black Hand.

Under his new Temple Hano ventured far and wide through the lands of Sundren rallying together other adventurers that would aid him in his cause under a single banner. He considers himself to be fairly successful, however, has not reduced his efforts in recruitment or converting so far.

Of course, being righteous in plain sight has it's dangers, and with that as it is, Hano has made several enemies to this day. Amongst his enemies he has taken particular interest in Samantha, the Necromancer, and this new dawning threat 'Syran'. Between the two he holds little knowlege, and just as little of advantages. In fact, Hano sees the enemies swelling in far greater numbers and power than his allies. It should be known that this only inspires him to light the way on the tough road Sundren and her people have before them.

Hano was not known for great martial skill or glorious achievements, only for his constant meddlings that lead to one of Sundren's bigger advantages; he became a target of the (at the time) Most Wanted Man in Sundren - Kemnebi. Due to Hano's particularly untested skill Kemnebi underestimated the ability of this Tormite, ultimately leading to his demise at Hano's sword. Hano brought his corpse before Balthasar in the Triumvirate Temple and became a hero amongst the people. It should also be noted that the bounty, 40,000 staggs, was all donated to the Triumvirate Temple.

The Present

Hano is constantly struggling hard to stay on the path of righteousness. He has been faced with many situations that he would like to call 'Paladin Grey Areas'.. Times when the enemy would hide behind Sundren law preventing him to righteously act without breaking a law. He's grown to despise any villain that uses such means to escape his grasp and often lets his anger take over, clouding his ability to act in a righteous manner, and leading him to do unrighteous acts. None of them are severe, however, he seeks to discipline himself under Balthasar before they become such.

Faction(s):
* Temple of the Triumvirate

Significant Relationships:
* Balthasar: Hano looks up to Balthasar as a man able to make a swift just decision without second thought. His sense of duty and righteousness fuel Hano's passion to become an even greater Paladin than he himself.
*Osclow: Hano sees this man as a great friend, diplomat, and Bard. Despite how 'spoony' he may seem at times Hano trusts this man to handle crucial matters with little doubt in him or his resources.
*Peri: Peri is still a new friend to Hano, however he was captivated by her childish heart. He believes her to be a bit rash at times, but overlooks it in hopes of better disciplining her into becoming a fine ally.
*Yashia: Hano holds Yashia with high respect for her martial capabilities as one that hunts undead, however, he feels as she is a misguided student and tries to act like her mentor so that she might regain her Paladinhood.
*Elric: Hano has gained far more trust than he initially had with this mage after his recent actions against the Necropolis. Their ties grow together as they pursue common goals. Due to the man's knowledge and power Hano is slowly having to rely more and more on this man.
*Braghuru, the Ice Hag: Fate seems to have thrown this Hag into Hano's path of righteousness. She has chosen to stand beside one of his sworn enemies, Samantha, The Vile Necromancer. Hano seeks for her to suffer the righteous judgment of Tyr alongside her her Necromancer ally and by the wrath of the Loyal Fury if need be.
Miscellaneous Information:
* Has never parted with his sword or armor willingly since they were given to him. They are truly his own precious tools and would not give them up for the world.
*Hano's enemies have a habit of stealing his sword. Hano does not find this amusing.

Here are some thoughts:
- Since Mittens is a Malarite she kind of leads the tribe following the tenants of Malarism, ie the great hunt, opposition to disease (ie the talorians and their plague) and poison. A lot of what she does occurs under the moon.
- I added a couple pics, just for some colour and to kind of give an idea of what i was thinking for a tribal symbol. Thoughts? Suggestions? I haven't manipulated the pics yet, which i should.
The Whitepaw Tribe is a currently small group who are all connected by the tribal marking of a white hand print crudely drawn on the members' armor. For one reason or another all of the members have chosen to join the tribe and have been accepted by the chieftain, Mittens. Under her leadership the tribe has rallied around the great trees of Sundren, where the tribe stages their hunts and plans their wars. Thanks to Mittens' blood-sister Hubei Su Chi, a shadowdancer, the tribe has forged a close alliance with the shadows and are served by great shadow mastiffs, which accompany the tribe on some hunts and guard their Tribeland while they are away.
Great Trees
The Whitepaw tribe have been known to rally around great trees, where they plan for war. There are three such trees in Sundren:
#The Great Tree along the river in the Viridale forest. This was the first of the Great War Trees and where the war against the Mossclaw Alliance was planned and executed. The Whitepaw Tribe are rarely seen here anymore, having come to a shakey understanding with the alliance, though the tree still serves as a forward observation post against the Talonians and the plague that seems to be seeping out from the Untrodden Grounds.
#The Great Tree in Sestra. The second of the Great War Trees and one of the most significant. The tree itself is hidden away in a secluded mountain valley, which leads to the lands of a clan of ferocious Lizardmen. It was from this tree that the Whitepaw Tribe began to take shape as Mittens, Hubei and Qybox first came together to wage a bloody and prolonged war against the Lizards. It was here that Mittens carved the bones of her kills to be hung from the branches of the great tree in offering. It was also here that Hubei took Mittens after she was killed during one of the fledgling tribe's first raids against the Veritas. Pom Wader was first introduced to the tribe during this event as he watched Hubei lay Mittens out under her Great War Tree before sacrificing herself to Malar in exchange for Mittens' safe return from the beyond.
#The third, and final of the Great Trees, is situated between the Veritas and Sundren forces in the Schild mountains. This tree has witnessed many battles waged at its base and has suffered many injuries, being riddled with stray arrows and scorch mark from the magical artillery shots. To end the tree's suffering the Whitepaw Tribe has declared war on the Veritas and often launches raids on their steppes in an attempt to force the Veritas to retreat and leave the Great Tree in peace. While warring, the chieftain Mittens will invoke the tree's spirit and change her form into a terrible and wrothful avenging spirit.

The Whitepaw Tribe
The Whitepaw Tribe is a currently small group who are all connected by the tribal marking of a white paw drawn on the members' armor. For one reason or another all of the members have chosen to join the tribe and have been accepted by the chieftain, Mittens. Under Mittens' leadership the tribe has taken to the defence of the great trees around Sundren, namely the one situated between Sundren and Veritas forces in the Schild mountains. Thanks to Mittens' blood-sister Hubei Su Chi, a shadowdancer, the tribe has forged a close alliance with the shadows and are served by great shadow mastiffs that accompany the tribe on some hunts, and guard their Tribeland while the tribe is away.
The Great Tree situated between the Veritas and Sundren forces in the Schild mountains is riddled with stray arrows and scorch mark from the magical artillery shots.
Summary:

The Man You See

Jack stands taller then most men. He carries a sword with a length matching his own height. Vile, corrupt energies can be felt radiating from the blade. He carries no holy symbol.

History

Born into Tethyrian nobility, Jack was an uncooperative child from the start. He got into his first fight at the age of 7, and he openly denounced worshiping a god at 11. Jack's father was a Paladin who fought for the church of Helm, but disappeared during an expedition. Jack's life in Tethyr ended when he lit a fire that escalated out of control, burning down the estate while his mother was away. The fate of his family is unknown to Jack, as he left the ashes remaining of his home that day. He survived as a vagabond along with a couple friends. His reckless behavior and tendency to solve his problems with strength landed him in trouble on more then a few occasions. He escaped a particular trouble by way of sea, and the ship landed him in Sundren.

Bounty

It was a day like most others. Jack sat at his seat peacefully, relatively peaceful at any rate. A finely dressed man walked in, "what a wretched place!" he spoke, "you there, ruffian" he said, pointing to Jack. "Move away, I need a place away from these brutes," no one was sitting near Jack. There was no answer, as Jack was too busy fishing something out of his drink to even bother replying. "Move your worthless hide!" The man knocked away Jack's drink. Jack cracked his knuckles. "Don't Jack! That's-!"

Jack pulled the arrow out of his shoulder. It had been several days since he had unintentionally killed the man. What sort'a pansy picks a fight but can't take a decent hit. His pursuers were defeated, killed perhaps, Jack didn't bother checking. Jack pulled out his map, Silverymoon ain't too far.

Background:
Karthus was born in an unmapped village to the immediate East of the border of Sundren land, at the edge of a small forest. The village was rather secluded from the bordering communities, including Sundren, despite having been in existance for centuries, with the estimated two hundred inhabitants rarely communicating with the outside world. Entirely self-sufficient, the tiny community flourished without incident or tragedy since being founded by the El'than bloodline, all those years ago.

Born to the village elder, Theliand El'than, and his mate, Sharrise, Karthus was the eldest son amongst a family of four siblings. Although his sister Moona had been birthed years prior to himself, tradition stated that only the eldest son could take the position of the village leader after the passing of his father. This tradition had run within the El'than bloodline since the founding of the village, and had never been broken - not until the generation of Karthus.

The El'than family set the example for the rest of the village to follow the ways outlined by Silvanus, and had thusly been gifted as Druids for many generations. Since the first generation of villagers, not a single child had been born to the El'thans without showing at least minor proficiency in Druidic magics, and Karthus was not an exception. On the contrary, Karthus had shown more promise than any other since the founder of the village, whom he had been named after. He, along with his brothers Caleb and Se'rok, were mentored by the village loremaster of Silvanus, each starting at the age of four years - they were taught the concepts, lessons, and worship of the Oak Father, and the sacred codes and oaths of a Druid.

Excelling in all of his studies, and in the practical application of Druidic magic, Karthus was to become a promising leader for the village at the time of his father's passing, to the joy of his sister, whom he had been closest with. Although Moona was not trained as a Druid herself, she held a deep understanding of the Oak Father, and had always provided Karthus was guidance in regards to the religious aspect of his life. He loved her dearly, and that was perhaps what brought his idealistic lifestyle to a conclusion. On the day exactly 20 years from Karthus' birth, Moona was absent from his celebration. By the time the sun began to set that day, the village scouts had set out to find her in the deep woods. They found her.

Moona had been bitten by a venomous snake during a walk she had taken through the forest earlier that morning, and it had left her unable to gather the strength to walk. By the time she had been located and returned to the village, her condition was only getting worse. Caleb managed to identify the poison within her veins, and described it as being lethal without the aid of a powerful healer. The village itself lacked a healer with the capabilities required to perform the necessary methods of restoration, but there was an elderly man, Roth, that was known to have a shelter on the main road that ran by the outside of the forest. Karthus, who loved his sister dearly, begged and pleaded to his father Theliand to allow his sister to see the distant healer, but the entire family knew that it was forbidden, and Theliand refused.

Roth was known to have assosciated with the practice of Resurrection, and the use of unnatural healing methods, which had been declared to not be acceptable practices by the earlier El'than generations. In the following of tradition, Karthus' father had no choice but to have his daughter die a natural death, than to live one extended by something that the Oak Father might not permit. It was at this point that oath, code, and Druidism were forsaken, as Karthus defied the order of his father, and the tradition that had been carried throughout his bloodline for centuries. That night, Karthus stole Moona's limp body from what would have been her deathbed, and fled the village in an attempt to make it to the main road.

It took only a few moments before the noise was heard, and Karthus' parents awoke to the sight of the breaking of his oaths. Paying no mind to those that he thought were wicked, Karthus ran, barely mantaining his strength while running with the weight of his dying loved one. Warm tears running down his cheeks, legs burning, the anguished and defiant young man ran through the woods as fast as he could, his sister in his weakening arms. Every step that he took resulted in a pulsing throb in his muscles as he strained to keep running, despite the pain and the thorns and branches of his surroundings cutting into his clothes, unable to use his arms to push them aside. It was all futile though, as before he had even made it through half of the dense foliage, he began to feel his sister's life slipping away, right through his fingers. It only took a few moments for her breathing to stop, and her eyes to adopt a lifeless quality that only brought more tears on the part of Karthus. Falling to his knees in emotional torment, Karthus released his sister onto the ground before him, as a dozen or so members of his village began to catch up to his position.

Theliand and Sharisse quickly pulled Karthus from the corpse of his sister, seeming to be more angry at his actions than saddened by her death. Rather than returning to the village, though, to face the shame and expulsion from his Druidic order, he continued making his way to the main road without a single word to his furious parents, or brothers. What became of the village at that point, Karthus did not know. He assumed that Caleb would take his father's place upon death, just as Karthus had been supposed to, and that Se'rok would become a mentor for newer generations of Druids. Guesswork aside, all that Karthus knew for certain was that he would never call himself a Druid again, and that Silvanus would no longer guide his path.

Having travelled much since leaving his birthplace, and never calling a singe place home again, Karthus quickly adopted the methodology of Shaundakul, the walker of winds. Under the deities teachings, Karthus has tried exceedingly hard to find himself a new identity, having left behind the one assosciated with his bloodline. Still denouncing the Druidic codes that had broken his heart, and deprived him of all that he loved, he still bears a sensitive spot to related subjects. However, although he does not affiliate with the title or the specifics of a Druidic life, Karthus never lost his profound bond with nature, nor his care, respect, and appreciation for its power and beauty.

Upon arriving in Sundren through the Gate of the Sunderer, Karthus has struggled to come to terms with what has happened to him, and what it has done to him on an emotional and psychological level. Constantly in an internal conflict with who he is, and who he wants to be, his behaviour is inconsistant and unpredictable, and his direction is undecided. Karthus has been involved in a great many significant affairs in the time he has spent in Sundren; some documented, and others not.

Significant Relationships:
*Marrs Masters - One of Karthus' first friends upon entering Sundren's lands, these two have had an extensive and troubled history. Having once betrayed Marrs upon discovering his motives, the future between these two seems volatile at best.
*Landaren - Another of Karthus' old friends, these two had fought side-by-side on countless occassions, with much success. With the conflics that would arise in the future, Karthus was both an ally and an enemy to his old friend at different times.
*Cadmus of Helm - Never a close friend, but always a trusted ally, Cadmus and Karthus, along with many others, had stopped what might have been the single greatest threat Sundren had faced in the entirety of Karthus' time within its borders.
*Nulinus Lightbringer - Having betrayed and supported his resistance to Landaren without anyone ever knowing of either event, Karthus had gained Nulinus trust, using it as a means to an end that would change a great many things in the days to come.
*Snow Hawk - Although knowing admittedly little about Snow or his tribe, Karthus came to respect the faceless one in a short amount of time, after he enlightened Karthus with a very significant insight in regards to the art of shapeshifting.

Factions:
Attempting to affiliate himself with all the sides of any given conflict, Karthus is a friend of nearly all parties, though also an unseen foe. He has made few direct commitments to any particular group or faction, though he will often attempt to appear as though he has, in an attempt to unlock doors that had once been sealed. His motivations are unknown to all, and perhaps even to himself.

Summary:
When you look at Nulinus, you see a scar running from the corners of his mouth to his ears. Nulinus apears to be a Gold dwarf with alook of worry on his face most of the time. He is ever concerned with the state of Gorm Gulthyn, his god, and his dying state. Though he is only one of the few who know of Gorms pathetic state, he wishes to help bring his lord back to life by becoming a Barokor, one who sheilds enemies from dwarven communities. Though he is far from home, becoming a Barakor would maybe remind the other dwarves in the land their vow to Gorm, and possibly another Thunder blessing wil save him.
Nulinus is not at all too strict, though he will uphold law. He is very kind and understanding to all he meets, until they are proven to be evil or unkind in nature, he would not spend his company with you. He is always willing to make new friends and smiles quite often. He is quite gullible and is easily swayed if he thinks it is for a good cause.
After his brothers attempted assassination of him( Ask in game ), Nulinus has become more wary of who he associates with, though he still finds it rather hard to not greet a friendly face with a hello. He is a stalwart companion and to some, a fine leader.
Faction(s): None

Significant Relationships:
Miscellaneous Information:
1. Very gullible
During its hundred year standing in the region, Mirakus Post has only been attacked once by the Mossclaw Alliance from Viridale. The orcs were slaughtered in the foolish and uncoordinated effort and their losses were so heavy that they were nearly completely wiped out.

Necropolis
In this vast memorial, the remains of nearly five generations of Sundarians are housed. Lately, a group of necromancer cultists identifying themselves "The Dark Advent" have taken up residence upon the once holy ground.

Sharahan Hills
These goblin infested hills are believed to be rich with mithral and iron. The spittlefist tribe, unaware of this recently fled from Mossdale and settled here. With them, they took their tendencies though and have begun looting and pillaging nearby farmsteads. Both the militia and the Exigo Synidcate would pay well to see this area purged.

Veritas Keep
The Veritas' keep was a well guarded secret until recently, when a group of scouts stumbled upon the gate hidden amongst the mountains. Since then, it has been under constant barrage by the Sundarian Legion, who hope to be rid of the rebellion.

Viridale Forest
While not as treacherous as its sister forest, Mossdale, the Viridale forest houses the mossclaw alliance, that similarly plague the guardsmen defending the edges. Beyond the brutes though, it's believed that far more deadly creatures reign in the deepest regions of this secluded forest.
