Summary:
Echoes - Complete: An infant William Shepard is introduced to the meaning of death in a conversation with his mother.
Requiem Aeternam, Parts one - four - Complete: An adolescent and teen age William Shepard feels the Call that had beckoned his fathers before him. The Machine begins to manifest itself within him.
Legion - Complete: Tirones William Shepard, at the age of 19, learns the true horrors of war and must rely on an altar identity within himself that he calls the Machine in order to survive.
You Are (Not) Alone - Complete: Again, Tirones William Shepard must force himself into hiding behind the Machine to survive, and he slowly finds himself losing all emotion and empathy with those around him.
I Kill, Therefore I Am - In Progress: The burdens of constant war weigh heavy on William Shepard, but in the midst of this, he is introcuded to people and events that slowly strip away the impersonal being that is the Machine
Requiem Aeternam Part Five - Who knows?: Saved from himself, and the distant, cold, indifferent persona of the Machine within - this is the salvation and death of William Shepard.
