History:
Shela got her start in the Waterdeep Navy. The relationship was fruitful for a time, but like any fruit left for to long, the relationship soured. She quickly turned her fortunes around and signed on with various merchant vessels, until a ship named the "Dancing Lady" brought her to Sundren.

Feeling it was time to find her land legs, Shela went ashore and quickly found a niche smuggling goods up and down the rivers in the area. Though she never resorted to banditry (finding the act repugnant), she has no qualms about cheating others from what she feels they don't deserve. She would much rather use her above average intelligence to get what she wants peacefully, then brawn to force an action.

Although smuggling has been her main focus while living ashore, she has been known to hire herself out as a (cheap) bodyguard.

Shela is a crude talking woman with a brash manner, though she is polite and prefers to be introduced to those she is dealing with before talking business. She only draws her blades when they are required (even in the wilds) and views others that carry naked steel as reckless and a threat.

Shela delights in questioning a knight's motives and actions, with the hopes of tricking them into commiting questionable acts. Shela revels in seeing someone upstanding "fall" through her medelings.
