For the next round, when the subject of this spell attempts an action, it fails. However the spell creates a phantasmal image in the subjects mind that their actions succeeded. And they act accordingly for that round. In the next round the illusion fades and the if the target fails another will save, they will take a -4 morale penalty to attack rolls, saves, and skill checks for 1d6+1 rounds after.
