Jadisandra grew up in the Spine mountains, and it was also here that she was introduced to the faith of the Icemaiden as well as taught her druidic ways by those who wander the frozen north in Auril's name. Still a young elf, she traveled through most of the north, spending years in solitude and contemplation in the vast frostfell. Her only companions in the desolate place were the arctic animals, and she soon became attached to their kind. Having spent a rather uneventful life in the Spine and the areas around the mountains, traveling to shrines and temples of the cold faith, she was asked by one of the Icebreaths to travel to Sundren to hear news from the temple on the plateau, and bring them greetings. Her curiosity and wanderlust made her stay in the country when her task had finished, and she found herself oddly attached to the new, unspoiled lands of Sundren, and promised Icedawn that she would see that this land was not going to be ruined and spoiled, like so many other regions of Faerûn.

Personality:

Her years in solemn contemplation and solitude in the frozen wastes of the north has made her view most sentient life with some scepticism. Her experience with elven societies are few, and she feels much more connected with the Aurilites than her own race. Snow elves being an exception. Her knowledge of human civilizations, apart from the northern barbarian settlements, is slim as well. Having been taught the faith of Auril, she does not know much of the human deities, and does not really care either. To her, they are mostly some kind of bickering entities that only play a minor role in most part of her homelands. That also means that she has very little prejudice about faiths that others would consider evil or unnatural. She judges people on their actions, and not on what order they may be associated with, though she tend to take a liking towards people who are seen as outsiders, much like she herself is seen by some. Her cold calmness and emotionless demeanour makes her embody some of the more ethereal and subtle aspects of her faith. She sees much beauty in winter, and she wishes people to see that beauty, though she will also defend it furiously, if it were to be threatened.
