Summary

Ramas Sepret, like many of the often diverse races and factions that populate Sundren, came seeking riches. Unlike the other less zealous fortune-seekers, Ramas brought an entire league of miners, farmers, and botanists with him. This group of individuals, known as the Exigo Syndicate, is primarily made up from those of Mulhorandi descent; however, some dwarves, gnomes, and even elves exist within their ranks. The clever and industrious group arrived in 1352 and has been taking advantage of the bountiful resources of the land ever since.

Typical Member Traits:

  • Possesses some trade craft skill
  • Appreciates gold and trade
  • Generally sticks to lawful means for earning money

Origin/History

The Group was founded by Ramas Sepret, a profiteer bent on discovering natural resources within the valley when it was first founded. A sort of exploratory group, the Exigo brought experienced warriors and scholars in order to make the best in this brave new world.

Base(s) of Operations

(1) Sharahan Mine (currently overrun)
(2) Trading Post
(3) Farmlands in Central Sundren
(4) Exigo Warehouse (Sundren City)
(5) Other Mines and Agricultural concerns.

Leadership/People of Note

Ramas Sepret (Leader)
Captain Tidestrike (Keeper of goods and wares)
Sergeant Grayham (Sergeant to the forces of Exigo)

Objectives

Make money through lawful means by producing quality products. The Exigo is a group dedicated to making money and doing so as well as possible. Its operations are constantly at odds with those who would protect certain areas of forest or mountain, and there have been skirmishes between the the druids of the Circle and the Exigo often.

Sundrite in particular is an important ore for the valley and the Exigo. Its properties have mystified even some of the most experienced smiths and alchemists within the company, and it demands a very high price as it is used in armors that protect against the harsh northern weather.

Ranks

Like many companies, Exigo has a very formal pay grade system. Specific job titles will differ from employee to employee, but ranks and hierarchy are maintained through grades.

  • Grade G
  • Grade F
  • Grade E ("supervisor" level)
  • Grade D
  • Grade C ("department head" level)
  • Grade B ("vice president" level)
  • Grade A (non-player; CEO)

Initiation Process

Those who wish to join the Exigo can speak to Tidestrike in the Exigo HQ within the City. The Exigo warehouse is full of steamsmiths, alchemists, and golem makers that is a sight to behold even in Sundren City
