Summary: Iefan is good natured fellow, despite a rather melancholy expression on his face, that most adventurers wouldn't mind having in their party, but not so much around the campfire. He is restless and constantly wants to be doing something and finds "idle chitchat" to be pointless. He also has a habit of reminding people that he is "as pureblooded Ffolk as the first who set foot on the Isles". Even though these (and other) faux pas of conversation tend to annoy others, he is far from a braggart, often downplaying his exploits and contributions. Yet he can even carry this to the extreme and is sometimes mistaken for showing false humility.

His outlook on the world is defintely from a good and just perspective. He is indifferent to order and government. He does have an affinity for wealth but it doesn't consume him with greed.

Iefan is a recent convert to the benefits of fine archery. Hardly a natural at it, he gained a respect and love for this art of battle from another Moonshaevian who walked Sundren: James Leith. They met in Baldur's Gate and James was returning to the Isles and Iefan was arriving on the mainland. Nature conspired to turn what should have been a short meeting into a fortnight waiting for their respective ship passage. During this time James, a natural archer, taught Iefan a few tricks.

If Iefan has one prejudice is is against Illuskans. He he has fought many battles against the Northmen in the Isles and considers them (at least most of them) little more than barbarians.
