History: Amora was found outside the Dragonspear castle along the trade way by an Illmatari Priest. Feeling sorry for the apparent orphaned child, he took her back to the orphanage in Waterdeep to tend and care for the unwanted child. On the road back he noticed something unique about the child, in her wrappings, something small kept wiggling under her clothes. Knowing the child probably needed some changing, he investigated the moving appendage carefully. He couldn’t believe his eyes, the child had a tail. Thinking back to where he found her, he realized the child must be a demon spawn. Tempted to remove the child from his presence he realized that the little girl had no outside influences, he suspected that he would be able to teach the little girl better than her demonic heritage would allow.

Bringing her back to the orphanage he took her in as his daughter. Keeping her safe and secluded from most people to hide her demonic heritage, he mostly kept her indoors and away from everyone. As the years went by, her demonic blood could not be completely denied, she slipped at times, playing pranks, stealing silverware, sneaking though the house in the middle of the night. She wasn’t always able to control her urges but she did well enough for a while. At the age of fourteen however, she decide to explore the world on her own, and found the streets a lot more hostile than she would have expected. The world resented her looks, and they were growing more demonic by the day it seemed with her horns growing in on her head. she learned the side alleys, long loose skirts became her friend, and taller hats were her fashion when she could get her hands on one.

The years by herself were harsh on Amora, especially the first one, too close of a chase ended with the city guard far more than she liked. Only reason she wasn't caught, she believes, was her knowledge of the back alleys. However, as time went on, she became a better pickpocket, learning who was paying attention, who was looking, larger crowds make escape easier than they looked, basic instincts for danger, all of these things slowly came to Amora over the two years she was on her own in the streets of Waterdeep.

She lived with a group of teenagers and younger children that all ran away from home at some point and lived in the sewers, that called themselves 'The Lost Orphans.' Most of the children only stayed for a month or two before returning home. The would come from all casts, from Nobility to the peasant child. There were others that always stayed though, and they were the core of the Group, Willard was a Blacksmith's son that got tired of his father's drunken beatings, Billy was a noble's second eldest son that wasn't entitled to any part of his parents' wealth. Sylvia was the longest standing member, being an elf of 60, who ran away from an orphanage to 'grow up', and was rumored to be the unmentioned leader of the group.
